南昌国际学校于11月3日组织全校教师发展日,围绕“协作与探究”这一核心方法论开展深度研讨,强化了跨学段的教学协同,为构建更具活力的学习社区奠定坚实基础。
On November 3, NCIS held a school-wide Professional Development Day where teachers engaged in deep discussions around “Collaboration and Inquiry.” This initiative enhanced cross-grade teaching synergy and laid a solid foundation for building a more dynamic learning community.

During the sessions, teachers explored how IB knowledge and Brainstorm strategies can work hand in hand to strengthen classroom practice. Together, we reflected on how every subject—whether Literacy, Chinese, Mathematics, or UOI—can be taught through an inquiry-based approach, inspiring curiosity and deeper understanding in every learner.

Collaboration was at the heart of today’s work. Teachers partnered to review and enhance their existing lesson plans, sharing ideas and best practices to create more engaging and meaningful learning experiences for students.

At NCIS, we firmly believe in the power of teamwork. Through collaboration, we inspire and are inspired—continually striving to grow as educators and to provide the very best education for our students. Today’s PD Day reminded us that when we work and learn together, we build not only stronger lessons but also a stronger learning community.
